How was KontrolERP created?
The company FTM d.o.o., a long-standing leader in the production of ALU and PVC joinery, was compelled to find a solution for the control and management of all business processes due to the growth mandate in order to maintain its market advantage. Despite purchasing several software solutions, the company still struggled to digitalize all its business processes. Prompted by this negative experience, the company's management decided to engage experts in the fields of controlling and IT to develop its own software solution that would fully meet the company's requirements. Years of work by these experts resulted in the creation of the KontrolERP application, which is now one of the leading tools for managing business processes on the market.
